We are looking for a Customer Support & Operations Executive to join our team in Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talk to customers and give them the right information using a simple script.
- Handle daily office tasks like managing files and updating records along with office administration tasks.
- Help with basic accounting work like keeping track of expenses.
- Manage periodic and scheduled work effectively and responsively.
- Use a computer for emails, data entry, and other office tasks.
Required Skills:
- Good at talking to people and explaining things clearly.
- Basic knowledge of accounting.
- Comfortable using computers (MS Office, emails, etc.).
- Energetic and ready to handle different tasks in the office.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in customer service or office work.
- Familiarity with tools for managing customer details.
- Ability to solve problems and handle tough situations calmly.
- Knowing more than one language is a bonus.
