- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Sales Manager to lead our digital sales efforts.
- The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of digital marketing metrics, robust client and agency connections in the Chennai market, and a proven ability to drive business growth.
- This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage a team, foster client relationships, and achieve revenue targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Lead the digital sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional client service.
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies in the Chennai market.
- Drive new business development while managing and growing existing client accounts.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and long-term client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals that align with client needs and digital objectives.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics like CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPM (Cost Per Mille), and CPI (Cost Per Install) to optimize sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights for senior management.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their digital sales capabilities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital sales, with a strong focus on managing and growing client accounts.
- Expertise in digital marketing concepts and performance metrics such as CPL, CPM, CPI, etc.
- Well-established connections with clients and advertising agencies in the Chennai market.
- Demonstrated success in new business development and team leadership.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office for tracking and reporting sales performance.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and achieve results
