Senior Account Manager - Direct Display (4-7 yrs)

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager - Direct Display with expertise in end-to-end campaign management, CM360, ad trafficking, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will manage operational success, build strong client relationships, and ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Oversee the operational success of assigned accounts, ensuring timely and on-budget deliverables.

- Develop and manage client strategies, acting as the primary subject-matter expert for day-to-day interactions.

- Plan key campaign efficiencies and identify growth opportunities in collaboration with Account Directors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships across client services and cross-functional teams.

- Handle day-to-day campaign management, ad trafficking, and troubleshooting activities.

- Work proactively to resolve challenges and ensure smooth campaign execution.

- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration within teams.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Graduate/Post Graduate (Specialization in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management, or a relevant field preferred).

- 4 to 7 years of experience in ad trafficking and troubleshooting.

- Proficiency in CM360 and campaign management tools.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Availability for immediate joining or within 2 months' notice
