About the Role:
- As a Business Manager - Paid Search, you will oversee the end-to-end execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing performance marketing strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring campaigns achieve desired business outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize campaigns on search platforms such as Google Ads, SA360, Bing Ads, Apple Search, -and Amazon Search.
- Build and implement effective search structures and marketing strategies.
- Monitor budgets and performance to ensure campaigns meet established targets.
- Analyze competition and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive client reports with insights and strategic recommendations.
- Mentor junior team members, perform quality checks, and foster skill development.
- Ensure accountability for managing client budgets and monitoring campaign performance.
- Stay updated on search engine trends and adopt best practices across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign goals and meet deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong expertise and hands-on experience in paid search marketing platforms.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
- Effective time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of other digital marketing channels is a plus.
Subject-matter expert in search performance marketing.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (preferred specialization in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management, or related fields).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the biddable media domain.
- Experience as an individual contributor, mentor, or subject matter expert.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
- Availability to join immediately or within 30 days
