In this role, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch assistance and solutions to their inquiries. Here's a glimpse into what you'll be doing:

🔍 Ticket Triage:

  • Skillfully identify client concerns, understand the subject matter, and determine appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Provide prompt and thoughtful initial responses via email, demonstrating your commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiently triage client issues to the respective teams for swift resolution.

🤝 Customer Interaction:

  • Serve as the friendly and professional face of product-based client, offering timely and courteous product support to our valued customers.
  • Address queries related to product functionality with clarity and expertise.
  • Proactively identify common questions and issues that can be resolved through our self-service portal or help center.

🚀 Tier 1 Support:

  • Handle a variety of product related inquiries, including general questions, configuration updates, and common troubleshooting tasks.
  • Manage user-related matters such as adding/deactivating users and updating settings to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience in technical support or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support software.
