Key Responsibilities:

• 2-4 years experience with IT Staffing & Consulting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Find and qualify consultants on W2 and Corp to Corp- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and candidates.
• Must have working experience with Tier1/Prine Vendors
• Advanced internet research experience using Boolean search techniques
• Proficient in the use of Job Boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn, Twitter,
• Google, other Job Sites, etc. to source Candidates
• A clear understanding of recruitment concepts such as employment type (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent), tax terms (W2, 1099, and CTC), employment and residency status.

Experience: 3-7 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Canada IT Recruiter to join our team. This role primarily focuses on recruiting top IT talent within Canada, with secondary responsibilities supporting US recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, experience with Managed Service Provider (MSP) business models, and a proven track record of successfully filling technical positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent for various positions within Canada.
• Support US recruitment efforts as needed.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
