Solution Architect- Informatica Pre Sales

We are looking for an experienced Informatica Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our team. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to design and implement effective data management solutions using Informatica products.

Role Overview:As an Informatica Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will be a key player in customer engagements, from understanding the customer's ecosystem to delivering compelling Proof of Concepts (PoCs). This is a customer-facing role that will require you to work closely with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders, delivering high-level presentations, solution designs, and facilitating UAT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Ecosystem Discovery:Conduct thorough discovery sessions with customers to understand their business needs, technology stack, and data management challenges. Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure the proposed solution aligns with customer goals.
• Preparation of Low-Level Design (LLD):Lead the development of Low-Level Designs (LLD), detailing the technical solution and integration points for Informaticas tools and services. Ensure the LLD meets the technical and business requirements of the customer.
• Preparation of High-Level Design (HLD):Architect and prepare High-Level Design (HLD) documents that reflect a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s data management requirements and showcase how Informatica solutions can address these needs.
• PoC Documentation and Handholding:Develop and deliver detailed Proof of Concept (PoC) documentation to demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of Informatica products to the customer. Provide handholding throughout the PoC phase to ensure a smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
• UAT Facilitation & Success Criteria Enabler:Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure that the solution is aligned with customer expectations. Establish clear success criteria and work with stakeholders to ensure successful UAT and solution acceptance.
• Cloud, AI, and Periphery API Integrity Expertise:Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Cloud, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and API integrity in the context of Informatica solutions. Provide expertise to customers on how these technologies integrate within their existing systems.
• Informatica SME Expertise:Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Informatica’s suite of tools, ensuring that all solutions leverage the capabilities of Informatica products to meet customer needs and ensure scalability, security, and performance.
• Emerging Industry Domain Knowledge & Storytelling:Stay updated on emerging industry trends and technologies. Ability to connect these trends with the customer's needs and communicate the value of Informatica solutions in a compelling way. Serve as a storyteller to help customers envision their success with Informatica.
• Customer Facing & C-Suite Presentable:Be comfortable interacting with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders. Present and explain complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences, focusing on business value and outcomes.
