Job Title : Informatica Architect (IICS & Data Governance)

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Informatica Architect with expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and a strong understanding of data governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and excellent communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders. Hands-on experience is not required, but leadership, solution design, and delivery oversight are essential.

The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience with one of the following organizations: Deloitte, Accenture, Infosys, or Cognizant. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of implementing enterprise-scale Informatica solutions and driving data governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of IICS solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.

- Partner with business stakeholders, data owners, and stewards to define governance standards, frameworks, and data quality initiatives.

- Drive strategic discussions on data integration, master data management (MDM), and metadata management.

- Collaborate with IT and business teams to define enterprise data strategies and roadmaps.

- Provide thought leadership on data governance tools, including Informatica Axon, EDC, or similar platforms.

- Ensure compliance with organizational data policies and regulatory requirements.

- Mentor teams and oversee the delivery of high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.

- Create presentations, documentation, and reports to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum 10 years in IT with 5+ years in Informatica architecture roles and 3+ years at Deloitte, Accenture, Infosys, or Cognizant.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong knowledge of IICS (Data Integration, Application Integration, and Cloud Data Quality).

- Familiarity with data governance tools like Informatica Axon or EDC.

- Understanding of MDM principles and metadata management.

- Communication Skills : Exceptional ability to present complex solutions in simple terms to senior business and IT stakeholders.

- Leadership : Proven ability to guide teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver solutions in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in Informatica or related data integration and governance tools.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) in data integration scenarios.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements like GDPR, CCPA, or similar compliance standards.

- Exposure to cross-industry data governance challenges and solutions.
