Informatica Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of MDM solutions using Informatica MDM.
• Develop and maintain data models for MDM hubs, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Adhere to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure Informatica MDM components, including Match and Merge rules, survivorship functionality, and data governance policies.
• Integrate diverse data sources into the MDM system, such as ERP, HR, and analytics platforms.
• Implement data quality processes to ensure master data accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align MDM solutions with business objectives.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for MDM solutions.
• Document technical processes, workflows, and solutions for reference and training.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with Data Vault 2.0 Methodology
• 6+ years of experience with Informatica MDM, including tools like CDI, CAI, and CLAIRE.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data integration, and data governance
• Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and ETL processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Informatica MDM certification
• 3+ years delivering large and complex programs - where you collaborate with large cross-functional teams, secure commitments on deliverables and unblock teams to land business impact.
• Lean Six Sigma/PMP Certification/Scrum Master or Agile certification.
• 2+ years of direct responsibility for leading complex, business critical program
