Position Overview:
Company is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing Head to lead our marketing department. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company's mission of providing top-tier online learning solutions. The ideal candidate will be a visionary marketing leader with a strong background in digital marketing, brand building, and leading cross-functional teams.
Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand recognition, user acquisition, engagement, and retention across all channels (including digital, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns).
- Brand Management: Lead the development and execution of the brand strategy to ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and high visibility across all digital platforms.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key metrics (e.g., ROI, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates). Lead initiatives to continuously optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing: Oversee the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media). Maintain leadership in emerging trends and technologies to keep marketing approach innovative and forward thinking.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity. Utilize insights to make data-driven decisions that enhance marketing strategy.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget. Allocate resources efficiently to maximize campaign effectiveness and brand growth while ensuring cost-effective use of the budget.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and build strategic partnerships with relevant businesses, influencers, and platforms to enhance brand presence and expand market reach.
Knowledge, Skill and Expertise for the Role:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Proven ability to create and manage multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Expertise in brand management and driving brand awareness campaigns.
- Ability to lead a team effectively, manage cross-functional collaborations, and mentor talent.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the edtech, SaaS, or tech industry.
