- Leading a team responsible for driving B2B or B2C sales, setting targets, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key partners, including other businesses, financial institutions, and service providers, to facilitate collaboration and business growth.
- Product Development: Collaborating with product teams to develop and enhance offerings tailored to the needs of B2B or B2C customers, ensuring that the company remains competitive in the market.
- Championing digital initiatives within the sales function, adopting innovative technologies and processes to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
- Working closely with risk management teams to assess and mitigate risks associated with B2B / B2C sales activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, guiding strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Pre-requisites -
- 15+ years total experience in driving similar business
- 8-9 years in managing partnerships
- In depth understanding of financial & managing P & L of the partnership.
- Should understand the nuances of lending business.
- Should be adept at managing senior level founders and business heads for partnership business.
