Job Summary:
- The Digital Marketing Head will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, trends, and technologies.
- The Digital Marketing Head will lead a team of marketing professionals to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring continuous professional development.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Pre-Requisites:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- A proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Meta, Google Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more), and content distribution and placement networks.
- Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
- Hands-on experience in marketing automation concepts.
- Experience with affiliate marketing, remarketing/retargeting campaigns, and display advertising.
- Programmatic advertising experience.
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills.
- Passionate about maintaining high standards of professionalism.
