Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role in Pune for a Digital Marketing Head at Kay Bee Bio-Organics.
- The role involves overseeing digital transformation initiatives, developing digital strategies, managing projects, leading teams, and utilizing web analytics to drive growth and engagement.

Role: Digital Marketing Head
Location: Balewadi, Pune.
Experience: 12+ years.
Working Days: 6 days/week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global content strategies for traffic growth & user engagement.
- Implement SEO best practices for higher search rankings & organic visibility.
- Integrate AI & NLP technologies to enhance platform performance.
- Manage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) for performance tracking.
- Lead & mentor a high-performing SEO team.
SEO & Website Management:
- Develop and implement -SEO strategies- to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Manage the -backend of the company website- (CMS, updates, troubleshooting).
- Optimize website structure, meta tags, content, and link-building for -higher search visibility/
Digital Strategy & Performance Marketing:
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across -Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
- Analyze data from Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to improve performance.
- Drive lead generation and customer engagement through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Content & Brand Building
- Oversee content marketing efforts (blogs, social media, product pages).
- Work closely with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency.
E-commerce & Online Presence:
- Optimize product listings for -Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor website functionality, troubleshoot backend issues, and ensure smooth UX.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Certifications in SEO, AI, or Project Management are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of -SEO (on-page, off-page, technical).
- Hands-on experience with -WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
- Proficiency in -Google Ads, Meta Ads, and PPC campaign management.
- Familiarity with website backend handling, including -basic HTML, CSS, and server management.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in -Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Experience in handling -E-commerce platforms- and optimizing digital storefronts.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
