Territory Sales Manager


Job Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant specializing in defoamer solutions.

- The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of defoamers and their applications in industries such as paint, chemicals, and agriculture.

- This role involves driving sales, building client relationships, and providing technical consultations to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for defoamer solutions in target industries.

- Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

Customer Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

Market Analysis:

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.

- Develop strategies to position products effectively in the market.

Technical Support:

- Provide expert advice on the application of defoamers in paints, chemicals, and agriculture.

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to product performance.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the R&D and product development teams to align sales strategies with technical capabilities.

- Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Qualifications:

- Master's Degree in related feild.

- Proven track record of 5+ years in sales in related industries.

- Strong technical knowledge of defoamer products and their applications.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with distributors and channel partners.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
