Aparajitha - Manager - HR Compliance (8-13 yrs)

Location - Gurugram, Haryana.

Educational Qualification - Post Graduate.

- Work Experience - 8 to 13 years in similar field.

- Handle Establishment related compliance activities of clients.

- Review status of S&E, CLRA & trade licenses with team and drive for it's completion.

- Follow up with the team on notice/inspection status and drive for it's closure.

- Coordinate with clients for timely completion of operational activities.

- Effective follow-up to ensure- on outstanding payments for invoices raised.

- Ensure that the team members are following all the compliance activities of clients as per the laid down timelines.

- Handle a team and conduct regular training session for the team.

- Any other task assigned by the Reporting Head.

- Handle all Payroll related compliance activities of clients.

- Ensure that the team enrolls clients' EPF and ESI on time.

- Assist in processing PF claims, EPF transfer, EPF Advance and death Claims.

- Ensure timely filing of EPF, ESI and PT Contribution for clients.

- Verify ESI reports and ensure payment remittance on time.

- Review the status of pending PF and ESI related activities and drive for their completion.

- Follow up with the team on notice/inspection status and drive for it's closure.

- Regular Liasoning with PF and other concerned authorities.
