Here s what your internship will look like .

Shadow Senior Consultants & Consultants in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for global vacancies, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience.

Run search and talent maps for role assigned by the Senior Consultants.

Maintain Talent mapping sheets for each role managed.

Create longlist of the candidates.

Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate suitability and facilitate the selection process.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interview panel members.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System.
