Job Description
- Work from Office role
- Source, screen and recruit candidates by using job portals, databases, social media etc
- Draft recruitment matters for job posting on appropriate job portals/newspapers/colleges etc
- Assess the applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Branding of the Company amongst prospective candidates
- Act as a point of contact and maintain a good repo with the candidate during the selection process
- Onboard new employees for their smooth induction in the organization
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Participate and complete tasks assigned related to HR functions & activities
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Capable to handle elementary to mid-level profiles
- Proactive, Energetic and never give up attitude
- Should have a Learning Attitude
- Able to meet given deadlines
- Tech Savvy: Good at MS Office, advanced excel, PPTs etc.
- Excellent coordination skills with sa ense of ownership
