Role & responsibilities
Assist and support the Managing Partners and Consultants in day-to-day operations.
Create and maintain the consultants delivery and performance reports on weekly basis.
Create and post jobs on ATS and various job boards on behalf of the team.
Prepare contracts for onboarding new clients in line with the instructions of the Managing Partner and liaison with the client team for signing and follow ups.
Candidate information sheets and format Cvs.
Manage the diary, calendar, meeting schedules of the Managing Partners.
Support the Managing Partner in the talent mapping projects and reports.
Work with the finance team to generate invoices for clients and do the payment follow-ups.
Manage employee documentation, onboarding & organizing trainings with the relevant vendors.
Support the hiring of internal requirements for Team.
Lead the Internship program on quarterly basis.
Organize team huddles on daily basis and set up one-on-one meetings with the Consultants on the monthly basis.
Creating, maintaining and updating the SOP s as per additional changes or modifications in the company s operations
Manage the client, team and candidate giftings, birthdays & celebrations as and when desired.
Manage the design and post content on the company s LinkedIn page on special days and events.
Perform a regular audit of the ATS, and job postings done by the Consultants and raise the issues if any in a timely manner.
Organize candidate interviews of candidates on the mandates managed by the Managing Partner and coordinate with the client in setting up the invites.
Constantly work on developing business and onboarding new clients for company.
Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in conducting its recruitment activities.
