Financial Analyst - Opex (2-5 yrs)

- The job exists to perform an array of activities that will act as the Decision support activities for any Opex spend and opportunities.

- Perform evaluation of new Opex proposals and then also do a post launch performance analysis of the same. To ensure regular reporting and provide regular feedback to the Management on performance through benchmarking, analysis and validation of various reports and products.

- This involves highlighting variances & opportunities areas. Thereby enabling to contribute to the achievement of overall business goals and parameters.

- Candidate must have completed CA

Current Responsibilties:

- Perform financial evaluation of various business proposals and provide recommendation to senior management.

- Specially Opex proposals.

- Provide strategic insights & advisory to Senior Management on matters relating to budget formulation & execution, and other departments on regular cost monitoring as per the plan.

- Establish & implement accounting & financial policies and procedures related to operating expenses.

- Drive planning activities across all the Functions, validate assumptions based on business targets.

- It involves preparation of entire Annual Operating Plan for the Organisation and various other medium to long-term plans.

- Constant Monitoring of the actual and highlighting the variance with flash and forecast & AOP.

- To ensure accurate forecasting of the business drivers are done and comparison with the actuals.

- Identifying the opportunities for improvements.

- Driving the efficiencies through identifying opportunities for cost reduction.

- Detailed analysis of Operating expense at activity level for all the entities. Identify the gaps in flash & forecast and close loop with OPCOs.

- Post launch analysis of Opex proposals.
