Position Overview:

TFG (Trade Fantasy Game) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Saket, New Delhi. As a Financial Analyst at TFG, you will play a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making processes and optimising financial performance. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a finance background and possess more than 2 years of relevant experience. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in data analytics, financial analysis, financial planning, business insights, P&L analysis, DCF, and other related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making processes.

2. Prepare and analyse financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

3. Utilise advanced data analytics techniques to extract actionable insights from financial data

4. Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

5. Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis to optimise business performance and profitability.

6. Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights and support decision-making across the organisation.

7. Perform P&L analysis to identify key drivers of revenue and expenses and recommend strategies for improvement.

8. Evaluate investment opportunities using discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis and other valuation methods.

9. Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes affecting financial performance.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Hands on experience of Data Analytics tools like Power BI, Advanced Excel, SQL etc.

- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
