some mates jalous others nice the training not detailed should be with details and examples so pvs they can be aware fully to success and the leaders should all the time advice and guide the juniors pvs to save their job not just take actions and report seniors some times the staff are doing some mistakes tuff but they don t mean it so leader does mean leading the team supporting coaching guiding therefore growing and success unlucky some people they deserve to success like me and they have all the job requirements even of leading but they didn t get the support and chance to continue and absence of leading quality when you call the team leader to inform an emergency and he doesn t pick the phone because he is day off here is ? second the real estate former's at Rera they should go for details for each point and examples for some staff they got fines or termination to be aware and no excuses when you are on duty not just titles my advices to new candidates to success easy as is a good company to be punctual 100% and to be so professional you don t get any number of any client already bought and you don t joke with staff so much try to do a great job ask learn improve it and do it easy show interesting lead others you will be confirmed i still like all the managers and the team work in spit of i didn t get that much support and trust when i did some small mistakes that i don t mean it and it may happens to any one new specially that i was interested to go far with the group but god has decided something else and i think the managers should give some chances not 1 or 2 are not enough actually the probationary is 6 months not 3 and many they started with mistakes after 3 months they gone be aware of every thing if the leaders are teachers they won t of course no briefing never we done it to get his experience at a previous staff terminated nothing so leader just to report? any way life is courses and i believe any experience you failed on it next you will success
