Job Description
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process , including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
- Support in sourcing candidates from various channels like Job Portals, References, Networking, Google, LinkedIn , etc.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
- Build and maintain professional relations with candidates and stakeholders.
- Leverage social media platforms to identify and engage with potential talent.
- Help in onboarding processes , including document verification and induction coordination.
- Assist in attendance tracking , leave management , and maintaining HR-related records.
- Support in the implementation of company policies, rules, and directives .
- Help in performance appraisal processes and coordination with different teams.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on assigned tasks.
- Work on employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with teams across departments.
- Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with good organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment process and HR functions is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Candidate Profile: Pursuing/completed MBA (HR) or any graduate (any specialization) with an interest in HR roles.
- Experience: Freshers welcome; prior internship experience is a plus.
- Job Type: Internship (Full Time).
- Duration: 3 months (with potential for full-time conversion based on performance).
- Working Days: Mon-Sat (2nd & 4th Saturday OFF).
