Job Responsibilities:
Act as a key functional expert in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, ensuring effective implementation and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, focusing on Dealer Management and Order Management processes.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and create functional design documentation to align business needs with Salesforce capabilities.
Lead and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring system functionalities meet business expectations.
Provide training and support to business users, enhancing their understanding and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Drive requirements management activities, ensuring that any changes are properly assessed and approved by relevant stakeholders.
Conduct solution assessments and validations, ensuring functional and technical specifications align with business objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless Sales and Service management process integration.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide insights, recommendations, and status updates on project progress.
Required Skills Experience:
6-8 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 4 years in Salesforce.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud with hands-on experience in requirement analysis, design documentation, and testing.
Domain experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industries is essential.
Good understanding of Dealer Management and Order Management processes.
Basic Salesforce Administration knowledge with an understanding of its capabilities.
Proven experience in conducting UAT, business user training, and solution validation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
