Lead Admin/Manager - Oracle, HANA, Automation

• Lead and manage enterprise application support and ensure the smooth operation of systems.
• Participate in major support projects and contribute to their successful execution.
• Oversee a large team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage and optimize database environments, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Work with SAP systems and ensure effective integration and support.
• Drive automation efforts to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
• Utilize monitoring and management tools to ensure system health and performance.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and ensure recovery procedures are tested and effective.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in managing enterprise applications and IT systems.
• Proven experience in support projects and team management .

Technical Skills:

• Experience working with Oracle and HANA DB .
• Knowledge of ECC and SAP landscape systems .
• Familiarity with LAMA and automation tools .
• Understanding of Solman and system automation.

Team Leadership:

• Demonstrated experience in handling large teams (20+ members).

Customer-Facing Skills:

• Experience in customer-facing roles , working closely with stakeholders.

Disaster Recovery:

• Experience in DR setups and drills .
