Job Description

As part of its ongoing expansion, the company is looking for an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Professional to join its dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to align with business requirements.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce FSC for process optimization.
Provide technical expertise and best practice guidance on utilizing Salesforce FSC, ensuring seamless implementation.
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions.
Ensure deep understanding and hands-on experience with Sales & Service Cloud to support FSC implementation.
Utilize Salesforce FSC Data Model, standard validations, and use cases to enhance business operations.
Stay updated with emerging technologies such as AI and Data Cloud to integrate with Salesforce solutions.

Skills Required:

6+ years of overall Salesforce experience, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementation.
Strong understanding of the Financial Services Cloud Data Model, including its standard validations and use cases.
Proven ability to design and configure Salesforce FSC to meet business needs.
Hands-on experience with Sales & Service Cloud is a must.
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud certification is highly preferred.
Experience with AI & Data Cloud is an added advantage.
