As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic Scrum Master with Business Analyst expertise to join our team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with Business Analyst expertise to lead Agile teams while also analyzing and documenting business requirements. The primary responsibility will be to act as a Scrum Master, ensuring Agile best practices are followed, while the secondary role will be as a Business Analyst, collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements and improve processes.

This role follows a hybrid working model and requires flexible working hours to ensure overlap with the onsite team in the USA. Additionally, it involves customer interaction and meetings for BA-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Scrum Master Responsibilities (Primary Role):

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach and mentor Agile teams on best practices, improving Agile maturity and delivery efficiency.
Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions.
Ensure a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the teams.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined and prioritized backlogs with clear user stories.
Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team performance.
Foster transparency and communication across teams and stakeholders.

Business Analyst Responsibilities (Secondary Role):

Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Assist in the creation of wireframes, process flows, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure business requirements are met.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions before deployment.
Participate in customer meetings and interactions to gather and refine business needs.

Required Skills Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience, with a strong background in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) is required.
Business Analysis Certification (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA) is a plus.
Hands-on experience in Agile environments and Agile transformation initiatives.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
Expertise in driving continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
Willingness to work flexible hours to ensure overlap with onsite USA teams.
