About the job:
One of our esteemed clients in the eCommerce space in India is seeking innovative and data driven marketing professionals to join their dynamic team. They are looking for a Paid Ads Manager to lead advertising strategies and drive measurable growth for their global platform. This role is based in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibility:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement paid advertising strategies on platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and display networks to drive traffic and conversions.
- Market-Specific Targeting: Tailor campaigns to align with regional preferences and market specific nuances, leveraging insights into international audiences.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, manage budgets, and perform A/B testing to maximize ROAS and improve conversion rates.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and differentiate strategies within the international eCommerce landscape.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Acquisition, Selfship, LTV teams, and Product Marketing, Creative, and Social Media teams to ensure cohesive messaging across paid media.
- Tracking & Reporting: Set up and optimize tracking mechanisms to monitor success and provide actionable insights.
- Budget Management: Manage monthly and quarterly ad budgets to maximize impact and ensure ROI within the allocated resources.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay updated with industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging platforms to bring innovative ideas to cross-border ad strategies.
- Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO): Utilize DCO to tailor ad creatives automatically based on user data, refining for optimal performance.
- AI and Machine Learning: Leverage AI to enhance targeting, automate bidding, and personalize campaigns, utilizing predictive analytics for continuous improvement.
Must Have:
- Location: This role is based in Mumbai.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in paid media management with a focus on eCommerce, quick commerce, or consumer-facing industries.
Skills:
- Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Expertise in data analysis, campaign optimization, and achieving customer acquisition and ROAS goals.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns across regions and platforms.
- In-depth understanding of cross-border shopping behaviors and strategies for different regions.
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with large product catalogs and knowledge of logistics challenges in cross-border eCommerce.
- Familiarity with international payment methods, regional shopping behaviors, and import/export regulations.
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus.
