Job Description

Our client in TMT space based out of Gurugram looking to hire Financial Analyst(opex) with foloowing roles and responsibility

Role and Responsibility:

Perform financial evaluation of various business proposals and provide recommendations to senior management, particularly Opex proposals.
Provide strategic insights and advisory to Senior Management on budget formulation, execution, and regular cost monitoring as per plans.
Establish and implement accounting and financial policies and procedures related to operating expenses.
Drive planning activities across all functions, validate assumptions based on business targets.
Prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and other medium to long-term plans.
Monitor actual performance against forecasts, highlight variances, and identify areas of improvement.
Conduct detailed analysis of operating expenses at the activity level across entities.
Perform post-launch analysis of Opex proposals.
Drive efficiencies and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

Must Have

Education: MBA (Finance) / CA / ICWA.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business performance analysis, preferably in the telecom sector.
Skills:
Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in Excel.
Decisiveness and process-oriented mindset.
Effective oral and written communication skills at all organizational levels.
Good interpersonal and team management skills.
Result-oriented with a proactive and innovative approach.
Ability to align strategies and systems with business needs.
