Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Opex Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PR & PO processes, Oracle systems, telecom operations, and management information systems (MIS). Proficiency in Excel and excellent analytical skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is required.
Key Responsibilities:

• PR & PO Management: Handle Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Oracle Systems: Utilize Oracle software for financial and operational tasks, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
• Telecom Operations: Support telecom operations by managing and analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
• MIS Reporting: Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to support decision-making processes.
• Excel Proficiency: Create and manage complex spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate reports using Excel.
• Analytical Skills: Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• Proven experience in PR & PO management.
• Proficiency in Oracle systems.
• Experience in telecom operations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MIS reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other financial and operational software.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in telecom operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
