Role & responsibilities

Project Coordination & monitoring progress v/s Targets of Zone & TSP. Manage customer expectations and ensure alignment between customer requirements and Indus Towers' objectives. Ensure Speedy and Quality Delivery: SR-RFAI Building Capacity to deliver sites as per requirement by developing Vendors. Knowledge required in Telecom Infrastructure, Exposure to Program Management, and B2B Customer Management Ensure material availability by coordinating with SCM. Drive Site Electrification within SLA by coordinating with vendors and EB. Ensure budgets for site delivery by Coordinating with PMO and Finance team. Ensure Quality by implementing quality processes and coordinating with the Quality Department with Zero Critical Punch Points. Coordination with Acquisition for the handover of sites & resolving issues on hold sites by regular visits. Coordination with O&M for site handover. Safety Compliance Assurance by Physically Visiting NB Sites and on Remote Site Audit. Desired Candidate Profile Public speaking and presentation skills preferred. Highly organized and able to multi-task and work effectively with limited supervision tight deadlines and a high volume of projects.
