Position - Project Manager for Construction Site

Location - Fiji

Qualification - Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience - 5 years minimum

Skill: Architectural Drawings, Planning and Execution

Contract terms - 3 years

Working days - Monday to Saturday

Age - 30-50 years old

Accommodation - Provided by employer

Food - Self by candidate

Job description

• Planning and overseeing the construction project ( Residential and Commercial) from conception to completion.
• Managing & coordinating with subcontractors, architects, engineers and suppliers.
• Ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and in compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Procure materials & equipment needed for the project.
• Hire and supervise contractors, labourers & mechanics
• Familiarity with construction tools, and ability to read Architectural drawings
• Passport Mandatory

Salary offered ( In hand per month) : Rs 90,000 fixed for 3 years.
