Job Summary
As an Executive/Senior Executive Talent Acquisition, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new talent. This role involves enhancing AWHCL’s employer brand, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with company objectives and culture, making AWHCL an employer of choice in the waste management industry.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer extensions.
Employer Branding: Actively promote AWHCL’s values and culture on social media and job portals to attract top talent and establish AWHCL as an employer of choice.
Sourcing and Headhunting: Build a diverse talent pipeline by leveraging job boards, social media, and targeted headhunting, with a focus on self-sourcing for leadership and specialized roles.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads to understand role requirements, develop customized recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment on hiring needs.
Candidate Experience: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, reinforcing a strong brand impression and seamless integration into the AWHCL team.
Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment records, track hiring metrics, and prepare reports to support continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to AWHCL policies and applicable employment regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 4-6 years in talent acquisition, preferably with experience in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Headhunting Expertise: Strong networking and headhunting skills, especially in identifying talent for senior or niche roles.
Interviewing Skills: Proficient in interviewing and assessing both technical capabilities and cultural alignment.
Brand Promotion: Experience in using social media and other channels for employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
