- The Account Manager (Enterprise) with around 5+ years of experience, the qualified candidate will be responsible for the sales and ensuring customer satisfaction, willing to collaborate with complete ecosystem and committed to support Ansys achieve its business goals.
- Executive level partnership engagement to generate substantial revenue growth potential.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve Targets - Ensure winning of business deals/order closures in alignment with the quarterly business targets set by the company.
- Developing existing customer relationship to reach their goals and identifying new opportunities
- Min 50% Travel to customer site is expected.
- MEDDIC, Challenger selling, Trustful advisor to Customer Leadership.
- Accurately Forecast Annual, Quarterly and Monthly revenue streams
- Follows Business ethics, adheres to ANSYS ethical values and policy.
- Enterprise Accounts are the largest accounts at ANSYS with high expectations of sustainable customer engagement, collaboration, executive sponsorship, and growth.
- Need to map and must understand customer environment, the customer's customer/eco-system, customer's business priorities, customer's business challenges to align an ANSYS based solution that generates a measurable and impactful business outcome for the customer.
- Identifies customer's problems, key business initiatives and creates ROI-based proposals aligned to initiatives and generating business outcomes for customer.
- Establishes a long-term account plan, with buy-in from senior levels of ANSYS organization.
- Define the long-term full potential of the account and ties this information into revenue expectations and resource planning.
- Plan and work for executive level sponsorship (with customer and inside of ANSYS), purchase commitment and manage the ongoing business relationship with the customer.
- Understands customer's internal relationships, including the biases and concerns of individual decision makers and key influencers.
- Establishes relationships with customer executives who can serve as business champions for ANSYS.
- Collaborates with Global Account Teams, product specialists, ACE, remote (direct/indirect) sites, business partners and other functions within ANSYS to ensure a synergistic, companywide approach to the account.
- Orchestrate seminars and training with presale engineers to strengthen our presence.
- Monitors customer satisfaction and communicate customer concerns and issues along with GAM's expectations
- Facilitates comprehensive multiyear deal contract negotiations to achieve a win for both Ansys and the customer.
