Job Title: Administration Executive (Manufacturing Sector)

Location: Anora Instrumentation Private Limited, Ambattur Estate.

Job Brief: We are looking for a highly organized Administration Executive to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will manage office operations, coordinate with production and logistics, handle vendor relationships, and ensure legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate office activities and manage schedules.
• Support budgeting, bookkeeping, and report preparation.
• Oversee junior staff and ensure smooth information flow.
• Manage inventory and procurement of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Handle vendor relationships and contracts.
• Assist with legal documentation and compliance.

Requirements:

• Experience in office administration, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, vendor management, and legal compliance.
