Mechanical Technician Job Description:

Qualification: ITI(Fitter) or Diploma (Mechanical)

Experience: ITI (3 years)

Diploma (3+ till 8 Years)

Skills needed:

• Basic tools Handling.
• Basic Measuring instruments.
• Reading Mechanical Drawings.
• Basic Assembly skills.
• 5S

Type of works:

• Building and assembling the Products made from Aluminum extrusion, CNC parts, CNC Router parts, Lathe parts.
• QC Checking.
• Inventory maintenance.
• Debug alignment and working.
• CMM Review.
• Finding root cause for the issues in assembly.
• Drawing review,
• Good at communication.
• Understand the criticality and works.
• Inventory maintenance.
• Daily maintenance.
• Microsoft Excel and power point data preparation.
