Job Title: Associate-Call Audit

Location: Mumbai

What you will

• Check and verify the Pre Trade Records (Recording, Ordersheet, Email, SMS) of APs based on the Regulatory check lists on daily basis
• Verify and match the Call Records with the Clients Trade Logs
• Calling and following up with the Authorized partners on daily basis for any discrepancy in records or for missing records
• Initiate actions for non-compliant cases
• Prepare and maintain the large data
• drafting and sending emails
• Ad Hoc activities
