Job Title: Tableau Developer

Location: Mumbai

What you will do:

• Dashboard Development:
• Design and create visually appealing, interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau based on business requirements.
• Ensure the dashboards are user-friendly and provide actionable insights.
• Data Management:
• Connect Tableau to various data sources (e.g., SQL databases, APIs, flat files) and ensure smooth data integration.
• Optimize data models and queries to improve performance and usability.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and data analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Partner with IT and engineering teams to ensure seamless data flow.
• Performance Optimization:
• Identify and resolve performance issues in Tableau dashboards and underlying queries.
• Implement best practices for efficient data visualization and analytics.
• Documentation & Training:
• Document processes, designs, and technical details for future reference.
• Provide training and support to business users on Tableau dashboards and reporting tools.
• Data Analysis & Insights:
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis and generate insights to address business questions.

Who you are:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or working with SMEs is an added advantage.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, R) and APIs for data integration is
