Job Title: Lead - Partnership Performance Marketing

Location: Mumbai / Bengaluru

What you will do:

Performance Marketing at Angel One is responsible for acquisition of new clients to the Angel One platform. This is done through a combination of channels, propositions and spends to achieve organizational objectives. This is a role that is the tip of the sword for the business and has an important bearing on the health of the organization.

• A thorough understanding and on-the-job experience of partnerships and how they drive acquisitions for organizations

○ Knowledge of different types of partnerships and engagements

○ Experience in having driven high volume, high impact partnership engagements

○ Full understanding of attribution and MMPs (AppsFlyer experience is good to have)

• Deep understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys
• End to end project management and structured problem solving
• High responsibility towards organizational and functional objectives
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders

Who you are:

• 8-10 years in running partnership programs
• Strong data analysis skills

○ Must have: Spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google Sheets)

○ Good to have: SQL, R

• Must be able to hire and develop team members
