Job Description

Essential Qualification & Experience:

Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years in E-commerce (B2C) domain - digital agency/D2C brand:

    1. Working in digital / Omnichannel marketing function
    2. Specific exposure in Amazon Ads, Amazon Pi, Helium 10, Flipkart Ads, Myntra ads Listing Management, Organic growth, and Reporting.
    3. Mandatory work experience in handling FMCG / Food brands on marketplaces like Amazon Fresh, Flipkart Grocery, Bigbasket, Blinkit, and similar platforms
    4. In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing advertising channels

Preferred Qualification & Experience:

  1. Experience working in a start-up
  2. Experience in handling FMCG segment brands

Essential Functional & Technical Skills:

  1. Marketing Strategy & Plans
  2. Setting up and optimizing performance ad campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra
  3. Keyword research
  4. Data Analysis
  5. Conversion optimization
  6. Competition Tracking
  7. Campaign optimization
  8. Listing improvement Descriptions, A+ content
  9. Reporting
  10. Regularly connect with marketplace account managers.

Position Summary:


This position is responsible for growing e-commerce sales via marketing campaigns on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and more. This position is critical in growing the revenue for partner / own brands month on month within the given budget. The position will also oversee budget planning, marketing plans, data analysis, and reporting. This position will also handle listing quality on marketplaces. The person needs to have at least 2 years of experience in managing FMCG/Food brand(s).


Responsibilities (not the inclusive list)

  1. Lead marketing function for partner brands on marketplaces
  2. Own Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit, Zepto, ad campaigns and optimization
  3. Demonstrate superior technical expertise and organizational capabilities in project and campaign management.
  4. Create yearly, quarterly, and monthly plans to achieve the projected revenue while reducing CAC and optimizing the ACoS.
  5. Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics
  6. Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment.
  7. Presenting new strategies and ad formats to the stakeholders to improve the campaign performance
  8. Taking care of analytics platforms to analyze, report, and optimize campaigns
  9. Share data on competition, the share of voice, and brand searches regularly
  10. Work on the pricing strategy for brands on marketplaces
