Role Description:
- This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager Public Sector / Government Sales at Amnex Infotechnologies.
- The role is primarily located in New Delhi.
- The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, managing accounts, communicating effectively, driving sales in the public sector, and building strong relationships.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years relative experience.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in government sales, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers within government agencies.
- Drive sales revenue by identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and closing deals.
- Navigate government procurement processes and regulations effectively.
- Manage existing accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions and support.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of proven success in government sales, preferably in the technology sector.
- MBA or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
