Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies across various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, campus recruitment). Source and screen potential candidates, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. HR Operations: Oversee and manage day-to day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Provide support to employees on various HR-related matters, such as leave of absence, performance management, and employee relations.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and training & development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- 4+ years of experience in core HR Operations. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
