Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of Java-based software solutions.
• Architect and design scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions.
• Take ownership of system architecture and design decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior and senior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality software on time.
• Ensure adherence to coding best practices, architectural standards, and industry trends.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead code reviews and ensure best practices for development and testing.
• Oversee the integration of front-end and back-end systems, ensuring smooth user experience.
• Manage MySQL database interactions, performance tuning, and scalability.
• Lead the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automation strategies.
