Java Technical Lead

Mandatory Skills

• Proven minimum 7 to 10 years professional experience as a Java developer.

• Strong Java8+ skills, core language and popular frameworks, e.g., Spring, Spring- Boot, Hibernate, Spring Data JPA, Sprint Security and Spring Cloud.

• Stron experience in multi-threading concepts and design patterns(any)

• Strong experience in RESTFUL and JSON web services.

• Experience in working with designing distributed systems in micro services.

• Strong knowledge and experience in MongoDB/ PostgreSQL/MySQL.

• Good experience in Redis, RabbitMQ/ Kafka, Docker.

• Good experience in Junit or any unit test framework.

• Strong experience in GitHub or Bitbucket branching strategies.

• Strong experience in doing code reviews to make sure delivering quality code.

• Good experience in DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Dockers, AWS services

• Experience in Agile practices and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, SonarQube, etc

• Able to understand requirements, create and review designs, validate the architecture, and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain.

• To be able to participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.

• To lead and guide development teams towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

• Must have excellent communication skills (Oral and Written)
