Project Manager [18-25 Years Experience]

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure successful execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining project quality and timelines.
• Engage with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Ensure compliance with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Implement best practices for project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Required Skills:

• Strong Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices knowledge(must required).
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on with Angular, jQuery, and MySQL.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering on time.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior management.

General Requirements :

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based solutions is a plus.
