Job Details
- Execute s purchase orders , including any necessary change orders, to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Engage s appropriate parties to resolve r equisition and purchase order related issues
- Ensure s the timely closeout of open purchase order s
- Drive s business user satisfaction through timely and accurate resolution of exceptions
- Responds to business end user and vendor inquiries about order status, changes or cancellations
- Tracks the status of requisitions and purchase orders, while maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate s with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with transaction management policies and standard procedures
- Facilitate s alignment between Category Management and Sourcing, and the Center of Excellence team s to ensure strategies are incorporated into tactical buying instructions
- Supports Category Managers with RF x administration as needed to support the larger team

Experience & Educational requirement:
Bachelor s degree in business or computer science. A minimum of five ( 5 ) years of experience working in a procurement team with experience in a procure - to - pay platform like Ariba or Coupa . Must read, write and speak English fluently.
Minimum skills, Knowledge & Ability requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite tools and other software as required
- Strong skills using MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Experience working in common procurement systems like Ariba or Coupa
- Critical thinking skills to determine best path of resolution for exceptions
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills
- A ttention to detail
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and manage multiple projects with ease
- Comfortable with manag ing tactical buying and supporting simple RFx activities
- SAP Ariba Experience (Term Sheet/PO creation Supplier Enablement, Contract Module, Term Sheets, Catalog Creation/Management)
- Icertis Experience (for term sheet creation)
- Ability to support RFP and 3 bids and a buy event
- Supporting RFX events in SAP Ariba
- Service Now experiences
- Deeper experience with Ariba payments (Non-PO, manual PO)
- Experience building reports in Ariba (Operational reports)Negotiating skills
