Vice President Strategic Initiatives (Global)
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven professional to join our team as Vice President - Strategic Initiatives (Global).
- This role is pivotal in driving key organizational initiatives, with a strong focus on HR strategy, M&A portfolio growth, and business transformation.
- The ideal candidate will be groomed as a successor for future leadership opportunities and a proven track records of leading HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive strategic HR initiatives at a global level.
- Oversee and scale compensation and benefits (C&B) strategies.
- Manage and drive high-impact projects related to business transformation, organizational design, and change management.
- Play a key role in M&A portfolio expansion, growing this function in a phased approach.
- To execute new and innovative ways of efficiently managing the manpower across and promoting talent within the organization through effective implementation of various programs, training and re-skilling, effective organization design, career planning and succession planning
- Ensure the effective use of technology to solve organizational challenges.
- Focus on value-added initiatives such as Voice of Employee (VOE) and other HR transformation tools and technologies.
- Engage in strategic problem-solving rather than day-to-day people management.
- Driving effective implementation of HR automation processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- MBA from a reputed business school with a background in consulting.
- Strong experience in strategic HR leadership, having successfully executed similar roles.
- Exposure to BPO industry would be an added advantage.
- Experience in HR consulting firms such as Mercer (client-side HR preferred, not internal HR roles).
- Proven track record of handling tough projects and leveraging technology for business solutions.
- Strong outcome-driven mindset, focusing on strategic execution.
