We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the Total Rewards function for a Global Capability Center (GCC) based in Pune. This strategic role is responsible for designing and executing compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain and motivate top talent.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead salary bench marking, job evaluation and incentive planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with global and regional regulatory requirements related to total rewards.
- Drive employee value proposition initiatives, including retention and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align rewards programs with business objectives.
- Manage benefits administration, performance management and executive compensation plans.
- Partner with HR and finance teams to optimize cost-effective reward structures.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- 14+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably within a GCC or multinational environment.
- Strong expertise in job evaluation methodologies, market benchmarking and rewards analytics.
- Deep understanding of local and global compensation trends, taxation and compliance regulations.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience at a VP level.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into strategic decisions.
- MBA / Master's degree in HR, Finance or a related field is preferred.
