Director - Insights & Strategic Change Management - Financial Firm (15-22 yrs)

Our client is a leading Global Financial Institution engaged in personal banking, credit cards, corporate and investment banking, and wealth management with an extensive presence in Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia.

Actively seeking an experienced Director - Insights & Strategic Change Management to oversee Performance Management and Insights activities for Group Technology.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Lead strategic transformations across tech vendor portfolios, optimizing partnerships and driving cost efficiencies.

- Collaborate with senior leadership (Tech Exco, CIOs) to enhance engineering productivity and technology vendor performance.

- Spearhead key initiatives like vendor strategy, risk mitigation, and workforce optimization.

- Partner on initiatives to improve developer productivity and capacity creation across the organization.

- Proactively manage communication channels with senior stakeholders & vendors both internally and externally.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- A proven track record with 15+ years of strong experience in technology vendor management, workforce transformation, or technology delivery.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation programs with measurable outcomes.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills to engage with global leadership.

- Experience in financial services or IT services organizations preferred.

- Strong communication and influencing skills required to be successful in this role.

- Strong inter-personal skills and evidence of working across teams and geographies to produce timely and accurate output.
