Associate/AVP - Treasury - Collateral Management (3-10 yrs)

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Manage margin calls and collateral transactions, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

- Investigate discrepancies in exposure, margin calculations and collateral allocations, working with counterparties to resolve issues.

- Analyze portfolio margin and interest computations, handling medium to high complexity scenarios.

- Maintain accurate records of borrowing and lending activities within internal systems.

- Assist with onboarding new agreements and integrating them into the platform.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes and improve client outcomes.

- Contribute to process enhancement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.

- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and development.

- Stay updated on global financial market trends and industry best practices.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- MBA preferred, CFA / FRM certification is an advantage.

- 3-10 years of experience in treasury, margin management or a related financial domain.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge of VBA macros and Python is beneficial.

- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Attention to detail and a structured approach to operational processes.

- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

- Willingness to work in alignment with New York business hours.
