Senior Associate - SOX - Remediation - Finance & Controls Team - Big4 - CA (2-6 yrs)

Our client is one of the Big 4 consulting firms keen to hire an enthusiastic Senior Associate 2 to be part of their Finance and Controls team in Mumbai. The candidate will be supporting clients in managing finance transformation, risk and control frameworks, and financial advisory projects across various financial sectors.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Manage and deliver client-facing and internal projects.

- Act as a subject matter expert and develop thought leadership.

- Handle complete SOX Cycle.

- Worked on SOX Remediation.

- Understand and mitigate the gaps in the process.

- Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Chartered or certified accountancy qualification (ACA or equivalent).

- ~2 years of post-qualification experience in business advisory / consultancy.

- Must have exposure to Global BFSI Clients / Companies.

- Strong team leadership and collaboration skills.

- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

- Eagerness to learn, innovate, and develop client solutions.
